BEHIND THE LENS

I fell in love with photography when I was 16.  There has never been a time when I haven't felt drawn to capturing the world around me on film or now in digital renderings.

Rather than pursuing a formal career in the visual arts I chose to guide my creative energy to the Culinary Arts.  After years of making food into art and photographing much of it, I have decided to focus more energy to photography and empowering women.

It is very satisfying to see the look on ones face when presented with pictures showing them in light they may have never seen before.

This has been a beautiful rediscovering of my time behind the lens!
